Description
weBoost Drive X OTR Fleet
The weBoost Drive X OTR Fleet signal booster system sets a new standard for multi-user, in-vehicle cell signal boosters; optimizing its performance in delivery vans, utility trucks, and all other types of fleet vehicles.
The weBoost Drive X OTR Fleet provides the strong, reliable cell signal needed to run your fleet’s cellular-based, telematics systems; from real-time vehicle tracking and GPS to driver feedback and risk management reporting. Taking advantage of the modular design of its 17” OTR Truck Edition antenna (up to 45” in height with its mast extensions) to rise above any vehicle obstructions, the Drive X OTR Fleet is impressive for its ability to stop dropped calls, boost data/internet speeds, and enhance overall streaming quality in any environment.
Drive X OTR Fleet works with all cell phones, tablets, telematics, and other cellular-based devices on all U.S. carrier networks; including Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, and more.
Key Features
- As our second most powerful multi-user booster, Drive X OTR Fleet is engineered to keep dispatchers and fleet managers connected to drivers in any situation.
- Compare to weBoost's most powerful mobile signal booster - weBoost Drive Reach OTR
- Effective for use in remote and rural locations, the weBoost Drive X OTR Fleet reaches towers at distances up to 33% farther than the Drive Sleek OTR Fleet. Fleet-trusted and road-tested, the Drive X OTR Fleet is known for reliability. It’s also backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- The easily configured 17” OTR Truck Editions Antenna (with 3-way mount mast extensions, and extra hardware) adapts to any fleet vehicle imaginable.
For fleet managers and drivers in
need of a cost-effective way to
boost cellular coverage; helping
them track vehicles and stay
connected in weak signal areas.
All components needed for professional installation in one complete package.
This includes:
Wilson Over-The-Road Antenna (OTR)
The 4G-OTR antenna achieves a high gain signal output that surpasses other antennas of its size. Its compactness provides a low visual impact for drivers, yet it is designed to resist shock and wear in heavy-duty applications and rough conditions. It is also available in a shock spring mount and additional mast heights to accommodate a variety of drives.
Antenna Adjustable Mast Lengths
The OTR Antenna comes with two (2) mast extensions to get your antenna to your required length (typically above the roof of the vehicle).
Length Without Extensions: 17 Inches
Length With One Extension: 30.25 inches
Length With Two Extension: 43.5 inches
Spring Length: 3 inches
Who Is Likely To Use This Signal Booster
- Installers or work crews for telecommunications/utilities
- Delivery van drivers shipping goods from fulfillment hubs
- Fleet managers in need of real-time data/stats on vehicles
About The Booster
The weBoost Drive X OTR boosts voice and data with greatest FCC-allowed 50 dB system gain. It enhances 4G LTE, as well as 3G and 2G network signals, up to 32x. Drivers get fewer lost connections and dead zones, better audio quality, faster data uploads and downloads.
The OTR offers simple Do-It-Yourself installation without special tools. The power supply plugs into your cigarette lighter or power ports (ignition hardwire power kits are also available). The OTR works with all cellular devices, most US carriers. The antenna includes a mounting bracket that fits standard mirror brackets.
This kit includes the weBoost X Mobile Signal Booster System (470510), the New Wilson 4G Trucker Antenna and 3 Way Antenna Mount, power supply and mounting bracket. It will improve the cell signal for voice calls and data (3G & 4G) for all US cellular networks (exception Clearwire/WiMax and Nextel iDen.

Each Signal Booster is individually tested and factory set to make sure FCC compliance. The Signal Booster cannot be adjusted without factory reprogramming or disabling the hardware. The Signal Booster will amplify, but not alter incoming and outgoing signals to increase coverage of authorized frequency bands only. If the Signal Booster is not in use for five minutes, it will reduce gain until a signal is detected. If a detected signal is too high in a frequency band, or if the Signal Booster detects an oscillation, the Signal Booster will automatically turn the power off on that band. For a detected oscillation the Signal Booster will automatically resume normal operation after a minimum of 1 minute. After 5 (five) such automatic restarts, any problematic bands are permanently shut off until the Signal Booster has been manually restarted by momentarily removing power from the Signal Booster. Noise power, gain, and linearity are maintained by the Signal Booster’s microprocessor.
The Manufacturer’s rated output power of this equipment is for single carrier operation. For situations when multiple carrier signals are present, the rating would have to be reduced by 3.5 dB, especially where the output signal is re-radiated and can cause interference to adjacent band users. This power reduction is to be by means of input power or gain reduction and not by an attenuator
